Pertti has handled insolvencies along with mergers and acquisitions in both Finnish and Swedish for over 30 years. He is one of the most experienced and skilled insolvency lawyers in Finland, and has become well-known as a receiver in numerous bankruptcies and restructurings.
Pertti has solid experience in demanding and significant assignments, such as group company bankruptcies and restructurings, as well as in carrying out challenging mergers and acquisitions. The assignments have included international connections, challenging corporate structure changes as well as large-scale litigations. From his background in Economic Sciences he also possesses diverse knowledge of business economics issues, which is the cornerstone of a successful business restructuring.
Kristiina has years of experience in both bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings. She has served as a receiver in many bankruptcy proceedings and restructurings. With years of experience in business operations, she has acted as a partner and as a board member in a wholesale of precious metals with operations in international export and import trades and sales to the leading retail chains. In addition, she has served as a board member and a chairman in numerous housing cooperatives and real estate corporations. Kristiina also works as a member of board of The Finnish Insolvency Law Association.
Riitta has worked as an attorney for nearly 30 years. Her specialisations are insolvency law assignments and dispute resolution. Along with insolvency law Riitta handles, among other things, civil litigations, especially those dealing with issues related to labour law, damages, or family law and inheritance rights. Riitta is registered in the Mediator Register of Finnish Bar Association.

Sauli has gained extensive experience with large companies of different industries working both nationally and internationally over the years, particularly in their risk management and insurance. Sauli’s areas of specialisation are construction firms, contract work (including PPP projects, alliances, and outsourcings), international machine and equipment trade, contract law, tort law, and trade laws. In addition, Sauli has expertise in consulting corporate management regarding risk control, insurance, and cases of damage.
Petri has worked on insolvency issues since the nineties. Petri underwent court training in his early career in 1992 and he has the title of Master of Laws with court training.
Before starting to work as an attorney, Petri has gathered broad experience in state administration tasks. He has decades of expertise especially in handling criminal proceedings in court, and particular familiarity with major financial crimes. The versatile experience with debtor crimes and accounting matters is helpful in taking care of insolvency law assignments.
In addition to extensive criminal-law knowledge Petri has diverse experience in corporate and foundation laws among other things, and he has accumulated special expertise in tax law matters over the years.
Aarni has versatile experience in bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings and related special audits, as well as in corporate law and tax law. He has been involved in numerous large bankruptcy and restructuring procedures, and served as a liquidator in joint-stock company and housing-company liquidation processes. Aarni is the only attorney-at-law specialised in insolvency law with HT and KHT auditor degrees in Finland.
Previously, Aarni has worked for the Big 4 accounting firms as an auditor specialising in the line of financial operation, for services of financing and investment as a controller, and as a broker for a securities broker.
Anni is specialised in insolvency issues, especially in bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings. She focused on insolvency law in particular in her studies, doing both her bachelor and her master’s thesis on questions related to foreclosure. Anni has handled inheritance rights assignments such as estate inventories and inheritance distributions in addition to insolvency assignments.
Sole has started working on insolvency issues from the early stages of her studies in 2013. In her studies she has focused on special issues related to bankruptcies, such as the environmental liability of bankruptcy estates and the problems of shareholder loan and salary. Sole has been involved in several bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings as an assistant to receivers and liquidators.
In addition to completing her master’s degree at the University of Lapland, Sole has studied law at the University of Zagreb in Croatia, where she has deepened her international insolvency law knowledge.
